Hello! 👋 I’m Tina Tongen. Tongen Touch™ is my practice, and an invitation to connect with your True Nature using mindfulness, meditation, and heart-centered awareness. I offer Tongen Touch™ coaching and massage therapy.

Tina is amazing!! Her technical skills are off the chart. She is unbelievable at relieving muscular tension and soreness. But perhaps more importantly, she is profoundly intuitive. Tina is a therapist unlike other that I’ve experienced. She used many modalities all in one appt so it was very comprehensive. There was some traditional “rubbing” like you get in a typical massage but she also moved my body in different ways like swiveling my neck around, and she also got onto the massage table and used her knees and feet on my legs and glutes. She was able to change pressures easily based on what I asked for. It was great. Thanks Tina!

This was my first therapy session and it was a wonderful first experience for me. Tina made me feel comfortable, she took time before the session to explain how it works and what to expect. She has a very calming voice and her massaging technique is very good. She was able to sooth out the tight muscles in my back and it relieved a lot of the stress I had.
